Group Rate:

$139.00 plus 11 % + sales tax and 5% city hotel fee (single or double occupancy).

To get this rate, indicate that you are with the SOUTHERN CHAPTER OF THE MEDICAL LIBRARY ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING.

Rate will be honored for 3 days on either side of the conference.

Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.

If you have problems with your hotel reservation at this call free number you have three options:

Ask central reservations to put you on hold and contact the hotel in San Juan to confirm space availability for the pre and/or post conference days and request a rate adjustment. If rooms are available for your dates, the rate adjustment will not be a problem.

You can email your confirmation number, with the dates requested, to the hotel in San Juan to either:

and ask them to adjust the rate for the extra days to the conference rate.

You can contact the hotel directly at 787-791-6100 and provide them with your confirmation number and request the rate adjustment.

Deadline:

After September 21, 2005, reservations will be accepted at the group rate but only on a space-available basis.
