The University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus Library is the main health sciences information resources on the Island and is considered to have the most complete collection of its kind in the Caribbean. Collection and services support academic programs in Medicine, Public Health, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy and Allied Health.

Is is located in Unit C of the Central Building of the Campus, adjacent to the University Hospital and to the Medical Center Emergency Services. It has a total of 38,044 square feet, spread over five floors. Seating capacity is 410. The Library is open 108 hours per week.

As a public university library and as a resource library under the National Network of Libraries of Medicine, the institution is committed to providing promoting use and access to information resources and databases among health professionals in the community, both individually and through affiliated institutions.
